Where to Stay in North Puntarenas

Central Pacific Coast

One of the best places to stay at in this area has to be Quepos and Manuel Antonio. Nearby the renowned Manuel Antonio National Park, this part of the province has a number of budget hotels and top class resorts. Surfing Spots & Hotels

If you are here with your family, Quepos and it adjoining area is a great region to stay at, being so close to the Manuel Antonio National Park.

The best golf resort in this region has to be the Los Sueños Marriott Beach and Golf Resort, considered to be one of the best all inclusive resorts in the country. Located in Playa Herradura, the La Iguana Golf Course at the Marriott has 18 holes with a par of 72; Spread out over 6,707 yards, this course is border by the Pacific Ocean on one side and a forest on the other. On the other hand, in the Tambor area, there are two 9-hole course golf resorts—The Los Delfines, which sits next to the Barceló Tambor Resort, and the Tango Mar Hotel Beach and Golf Resort.
