The weather in Playa Potrero is near perfect, as the temperatures stick around the 80's and 90's during the day.

This region also receives less rain than other parts of Costa Rica, and its dry season spans from November to April. During this time, the nights are cooler as winds from north come through after the sun sets.

The green season here is between May and October, and the majority of rain will usually fall during October.
